Data: We take extreme care with customer data and ensure that regardless of the repair; your important documents, precious memories, and all other valued data will be exactly where they were left when the computer was brought in unless otherwise informed by the customer.

Privacy: We take privacy very seriously and will ensure that any data transferred back and forth between computers new and old is kept separate from all other computers and data, securely wiped when necessary and never accessed over an Internet connection.
Repair Integrity: At Apple Expert, only qualified, experienced technicians will repair your computer with utmost care and respect and we stand by every single repair we complete, shown clearly with a 6-month warranty on every repair.
Inclusivity: We give the same excellent service to every customer who comes in to our store and strictly abides by the Canadian Human Rights Act, which has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind.
