The customer walks in with the Apple Product.

We check the device in front of the customer.

We check for damaged parts or recommend upgrade.

We quote the customer on the spot.

If the customer decides to go with it, we check-in the device.

If the customer doesn't want it fixed/upgraded, we put the device back and don't charge anything when delivering.

The whole process merely takes 30 minutes.

In most cases, repair will take 1-2 days.
